A little about me and my background
I began my career in Human Resources, working in both the NHS and University setting, where I gained a deep understanding of workplace well-being, organisational challenges, and the impact of poor mental health on individuals.

Alongside this, I have worked extensively in the third sector, supporting individuals facing significant challenges, working with vulnerable young adults, helping them navigate complex circumstances and build resilience for the future. I have also supported families through bereavement, serious illness, and adversity in roles with Cruse, and and Paediatric Palliative Care. These experiences have given me a profound understanding of sadness, loss, and vulnerability—but also, perhaps unexpectedly, hope and resilience.
